Walked in to Mercia Carpets in Kenilworth, just enquiring with a specific style in mind. Adrian was great, very professional, kind and ever so helpful. He let us take home the sample to make sure it was the right choice and a few days later we placed our order. Great pricing and better than some of the bigger carpet companies (which I was surprised at).

Adam and Kevin the father and son team who did the fitting were ever so friendly, efficient and have done a fantastic job! I am so pleased with my new carpet and cannot thank you all enough!
